Who We Support
Jay's World Childhood Cancer Foundation Scholarship
Program
The Jay's World Childhood Cancer Foundation, Inc. was established in May of
1997. Its purpose is to raise funds to benefit children afflicted with cancer
and to help support the fight against childhood cancer. One of the many ways
that we will be helping a child with cancer and their family is by awarding
a scholarship
To be eligible for this scholarship the child must be either cured
or in remission or able to attend college while undergoing treatment.
The child must complete an application and return it with their
official high school transcript, a letter from their oncologist
stating the diagnosis and length of treatment, and a copy of the
family's current 1040 tax form. Everything must be submitted no
later than April 1st of every year to be considered for this award.
All finalists will be expected to meet with the scholarship committee
before the final decision is made.

$10,000 donation to acquire a microscope to check a child's blood
